Hilton Jeffreys
Lead Pastor
Pastor Hilton is the lead teaching Pastor here at Bethel Baptist Church. He also oversees all of the day to day operations at the church. He is married to his wife Amy and they have three children.
Adam Hughes
Worship & Creative Arts Pastor
Adam oversees all of the worship & creative arts ministries at Bethel. With that, he leads our worship team, our production/livestream teams and our in-house technology teams. He is married to his wife Amber & they have two daughters.
Josh Jones
Youth & College Pastor
Josh is the Student Pastor for all of our middle and high school students. He also leads our collegiate ministry that kicked off in the fall of 2018. Josh is married to his wife Kelly and they have two sons.

MJ Garner
Office Administrator
MJ singlehandedly keeps everyone in the office in line during the week and still finds time to take care of other duties. If you call or come by the Church Office, she is the one you will likely hear or see first.
Aaron Clark
Tech/Online Ministries Director
Aaron joined our staff in August of 2020. He currently oversees all of our Technology that makes our church & online ministries function.
Brooke Light
Children's Ministries Director
Brook oversees our Children's ministries that meet on Sunday mornings and also TeamKid that meets on Wednesday nights. She is married to her husband Ethan and they have one daughter.
Dana Alderman
Financial Administrator
Dana handles all of the finance and accounting information for Bethel Baptist Church. She is married to her husband Alan and they have three sons.
Jennifer Gearheart
Afterschool & Summer Camp Director
Overseeing our Afterschool & Summer Camp program is no small feat. Jennifer makes sure that all of our staff and kids have what they need and that everything is moving forward. Jennifer is the mom of 3 children.
Amber Beemer
Wee JAM Director
Amber oversees our Wee Jam ministry that meets on Sunday mornings. She is married to her husband Bryan and they have one son.
Jerry Brown
Building Custodian
Jerry is the building custodian here at Bethel. He keeps everything looking and smelling good while also bringing a smile to all of the kids in our Weekday Preschool, the kids in our Afterschool Program, as well as everyone else he comes in contact with.
