Meaningful Leadership

In this special service led by Pastor Hilton, Pastor Adam, and Pastor Josh, our church embarks on a transformative journey by ordaining four new lay elders, six deacons, and commissioning 15 care directors. Pastor Hilton emphasizes the importance of aligning church leadership with New Testament principles, highlighting the roles and responsibilities of elders and deacons as outlined in 1 Timothy 3. He also introduces the Care Directors, a group of women dedicated to providing compassionate care within the church community. This service underscores the significance of servant leadership, unity, and the collective mission to live out the gospel through love, grace, and service.
