The Depths of Mercy

When we choose to directly disobey God, we can end up in depths we never imagined we would be. It is easy to think that God is the one being unfaithful for allowing us to end up in the depths. God can take us to places we never dreamed we would be, but so can sin. Jonah found himself in a place he never imagined he would be, and he recognized that it was his own doing. In this second week of our series going through the book of Jonah, Adam walks us through how God showed Jonah mercy and continues to show us mercy when we find ourselves in the depths.
