State of the Church

Jan 4, 2026    Hilton Jeffreys

Pastor Hilton gives us a challenge for 2026: move beyond shallow Christianity into deep, transformative relationships that echo into eternity. In 2025 our church celebrated 39 baptisms, served over 16,000 individuals through the food pantry, and supported 98 children in crisis. The heart of Jesus' command to 'make disciples' isn't about quick conversions and baptisms; it's about investing deeply in one person at a time, walking through life together, sharing struggles and victories. This isn't about adding more religious activities to check off; it's about falling so deeply in love with Jesus that serving becomes a privilege, not a duty. The vision for 2026 is multiplication, not just addition. But it starts with each of us working on our intimate relationship with Christ daily, allowing the Holy Spirit to transform us from the inside out.
