Pastor Adam confronts us with an uncomfortable truth: the enemy of our souls is relentless, strategic, and utterly committed to our destruction. Drawing from Matthew 4 and Matthew 16, we discover that Satan attacked Jesus himself through temptation of the flesh, pride, and material desire, and even used Peter, one of Jesus' closest disciples, as an unwitting instrument. Pastor Adam challenges us to recognize that if the enemy would attack the Son of God with such ferocity, we should expect nothing less in our own lives. The enemy does not want us to follow the Lord, discover our calling, or fulfill our purpose. Yet the hope remains that following Jesus, though it will cost us something, offers the only path to abundant life both now and eternally
